Group Coaching and Mentoring
Great for first time execs and aspiring execs. We'll work on developing an exec mindset, confidence and being the leader you want to be.
I'll also share my experiences on whatever the group is struggling with. Popular topics - motivating teams, working with peers, and being the only woman in the room.
Each group has a maximum of five participants plus me. Sessions are either in person or over Zoom depending on everyone's location.
Six 90 minute sessions over a three month period for £1,200 per person.

Embodiment and Somatic Exploration
One-to-one sessions for people looking to deepen their mind-body connection. More information about embodiment here.
These can be in person or over Zoom depending on our locations. My preference is in person if at all possible.
